What Personal Data and Why It’s Collected
Our Company does not collect any personal information about the User unless voluntarily provided. In order to better assist the User with products and services our Site may or will collect personally identifiable information such as:

However, the User may be required to provide certain personal information to Company when electing to use products or services. They may include:
- entering a contest or sweepstakes sponsored by Company or affiliated partners.

- sending Company an e-mail message.

- submitting User credit card or other payment information when ordering or purchasing products and services.

Our Company will use User’s information for, but not limited to, communicating in relation to products and/or services requested. Additionally, personal, or non-personal information may be gathered in the future.
After approval of the User’s comment, profile picture of User is publicly visible in the context of comment. Avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. This is due to Users ability to download and extract any location data from images on the Site.
Cookies
For User convenience opt-in to cookies allows for User details to be pre-filled when leaving another comment. These cookies will last for one year. Our Site has set a temporary cookie to determine if Users browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. When Users visit the login page, several cookies are set to save User login information and screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for one year. If “Remember Me” is selected, the Users login will persist for two weeks. Login cookies will be removed when the User logs out of account. Additional cookie will be saved for edited/published article(s) in Users browser includes no personal data and will simply indicate the article post ID. The additional cookie expires after one day.
Embedded Content from External Websites
Articles on this Site may include embedded content such as articles, images, videos, etc. Embedded content from external websites performs in the exact same way as if the User visited the external website. External websites may collect data about the User, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor Users interaction with that embedded content. This may include tracking interaction with the embedded content if the User has an account and is logged in to that website.
Sharing of User Data
Our Company does not sell, rent, or lease its Users list to third parties. If User request a password reset, User’s IP address will be included in the reset email. User comments may be sent through an automated spam detection service.
Length of Retaining Data
The comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This allows our Company to recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. The personal information from profiles provided by registered Users will be stored. Users can view, edit, or delete Users’ personal information at any time. User cannot change their username. Site administrators can view and edit that information.
Data Right of User
User can request that we erase any personal data Company holds about the User. This does not include any data the Company is obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
