A nice faint scent and taste of cinnamon that will have you feeling relaxed after drinking this hot beverage.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cinnamon leaves
  • 8 fluid ounces water
  • honey, sugar, sweetener as needed (optional)

Method
 

  1. Rinse cinnamon leaves.
  2. Place them in a small pot with water on low heat and allow to simmer for 3 minutes.
  3. Remove leaves and strain tea into a hot-proof cup. Enjoy with your preferred sweetener or just as it is.
