Fever grass Tea Recipe

An aromatic citrus faint lemony flavored beverage best enjoyed hot. It will be beneficial in reducing your fever if you ever have one.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 stalks fever grass
  • 2 cups water
  • Sweetener (brown sugar or honey)

Method
 

  1. Place pot on low heat, then add fever grass in the pot.
  2. Add water into pot, cover, and allow to simmer for 8 minutes. Turn stove off allow to steep for another 2 minutes.
  3. Strain into heat proof cup. Drink it fresh as is. Perhaps add your choice of milk and/or sweetener. Enjoy!!!
